Most bank websites feature a "digital transfer" guide. Here you'll find links to those guides.
While you can transfer money from your bank to KoraCard in the Kora app, you can also transfer money directly from your bank's app.
In most instances, you can log into your bank’s mobile app and connect your KoraCard as an “external account,” then schedule a transfer. Note: It may take up to 2 business days for the funds to be added to your KoraCard balance.
You will need your KoraCard's account and routing number to add it to your bank's app. Both numbers are accessible in the KoraCard tab once you tap "Add or Transfer," then tap "View account and routing numbers." Note that transferring funds from your KoraCard to your designated bank account is done through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) network. This process typically takes 1-3 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and can vary based on the policies of the receiving bank.
