First Things First: What is Dosh?
Dosh is the technology company we partner with to provide you with automatic, instant cash back when you use your KoraCard**.
Check Out the Offers
There are dozens of retailers offering great cash back offers. Offers are updated constantly, so it's worth looking at often. Want to explore all the available options? To see all offers:
- Log into the app
- Click on the Card tab
- Navigate to "Cashback Offers" and click See All (or click Tap to check out all available offers)
- Peruse the offers and simply click on whatever stands out to you!
The good news, you don't have to sign-up for something in order to qualify for the cashback rewards. It all happens automatically when you use your enrolled KoraCard, no offer activation necessary.
How much cash back do I earn for using an offer?
Each merchant is different and the cash back percentage you earn will be shown next to the offer and in the offer details. Make sure to check the offer details for any limits, exclusions, or caps that the merchant may have as part of their offer. This way you can make sure you're receiving all of the cash back you can get!
Viewing Rewards
So, you've made a purchase from one of the cash back retailers - now what? Well, all pending rewards can be viewed in the transactions section on the Card tab, but once rewards are earned, they will appear directly in the "Cashback Offers" section.
A Few Notes About Rewards:
- Rewards earned should be updated within a few minutes up to a couple hours following a rewards purchase - this is dependent on the retailer
- Rewards are automatically disbursed 45-55 days after month-end of the purchase month - the cash will be automatically added to you card!
Does Dosh have access to my data?
Kora takes privacy and data security seriously. We take precautions to ensure the security of your data. We do not share personal information like your name, address, etc. We only securely share transaction information. Dosh does not sell any of your data.
